I got a call from this number that I owe them $420 year 2011 of October, I just got here in the United States Dec 2011. What so scary is that they have all your informations including your address. They said that a sheriff will serve you paperworks either your home or at work. So this is a scam? Pls help
I've investigate basically, I didn't see anything are true. Just go to local police department and explain to them. The police will investigate and I don't know how long will it stop. Just DO NOT send any money. Just ignore it. It's a scam.
Darn, I just deleted the message and didn't take down the account/reference number. It was something like ZOL - - -335. I will write it down next time and post it here. Also the recorded voice says the call is for "Tobin, Kevin". So I thought it could be a legitimate call but they have the wrong number (I'm not Kevin Tobin).
