I got a call from this number that I owe them $420 year 2011 of October, I just got here in the United States Dec 2011. What so scary is that they have all your informations including your address. They said that a sheriff will serve you paperworks either your home or at work. So this is a scam? Pls help
These people called my mothers phone and left a voicemail for me saying I was getting 2 counts of fraud on me me for an outstanding loan through whatever company and that they would summon me... the lady seemed to know alot of my info but I talked to my boss which is a law inforcement officer and he told to tell her to go ahead and summon me she sounded apauld then hung up...
Am so glad I found this site.Everything everyone has said is exactly whats going on. They have call my job and I work for the state and they left messages on a co-worker phone and I say co-worker simply because we work for the same agency. She emailed me to inform me about the calls.I've tried calling them back and the line was busy.

I tried calling back line busy and when I did finally get though the voice mail with no name set up and no company name just there business hours and mail box was full
Received a call from 801-889-1957 stating a certain person was having charges filed against them with a case # of ZOL.... and left the number and said it was the legal department. I called the number and it is a company with the name of Information Retrieval Center IRC do not give them any information...its some kind of a scam.
