Who called from 8022015896

I have been getting calls at least every other day for the past week from this number. Heavily accented voice that is difficult to understand. I told him he had the wrong number and hung up the first time. After that, I told him to removed me from his list. I continue to get calls, just decline them each time on my cell.

Always calls never says a word. Putting it under my virus protection block list.

Received a call from this number stating that my computers have been hacked by an on- line hacker - very foreign ,male voice and said they were calling from Phoenix ? I asked
him what kind of computers I had that were being hacked and he said windows computers and when I told him I had Macs he hung up -

This number calls and says, "I'm calling in regards to your windows computer problem, K?"

They've called twice and the second time I told them that I never called regarding a problem.  They hung up on me.

Recieved calls from this number, when I say "hello", there was silence then they hung up.  When I dialed back I get a busy signal.  Blocked this number
