If the are rude, maybe it's because you and all the other clowns on here are rude to them first and expect customer service reps to clean your feet and wash you car for you. get over yourselves.
that's unusal. i had usaa for banking, insurance and investing for past five years and they have always been so helpful for me. couldn't be happier with them.
