Don't pay. They tried to collect on me for a year after refusing to cancel my subscription. Finally my credit card expired and they kept calling to collect on less that $150 I owed. After a year the calls have stopped, haven't heard from them in ten months, and there is absolutely no mark from them on my credit report. Ignore them - there are so many fraud claims against them they know they have little to stand on. Don't pay!
I recently got a call from this number. More like a voice mail. Saying that my account has 5 months that it hasn't been paid. When I emailed them about 8 months ago about canceling the account I got an email back saying that I would be put on their cancellation request after the first 5 months were charged and just today I got a voicemail threat that I still owe money ? How is that even possible if they put me on a cancellation request? I was threaten if I didn't pay or updated my credit card I would be sent to collection? Can they do that ? What can I do ?
