Don't pay. They tried to collect on me for a year after refusing to cancel my subscription. Finally my credit card expired and they kept calling to collect on less that $150 I owed. After a year the calls have stopped, haven't heard from them in ten months, and there is absolutely no mark from them on my credit report. Ignore them - there are so many fraud claims against them they know they have little to stand on. Don't pay!

DO NOT PURCHASE PAC PROMOS AND IF YOU ALREADY HAVE, CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD NOW. This scam has been going on for years and has been cheating thousands of high school and college students. While the concept might sound like a deal, the stylists make no profit from this and the buyers are essentially getting cheated. The only ones making money are the Pac Promos representatives and the people they work for. Please do not purchase this. After I realized this scam, I still ran into many sellers on my campus at CSULB. What did I do? I called campus security and had them all arrested for selling this scam on campus. Do not purchase this. They do not deserve a penny from running this horrible scam.
I must admit I was stupid enough to sign a contract with this company without reading it and it sucks!!! I have been stuck paying $20 a month for 5 month and I'm sorry but for a college student paying her education out of pocket and having other things to take care of this is a LOT of money thrown in the garbage!!! I did get a free haircut which sucked...i hated it and the place which they make seem on the flyer fancy, was horrible..I've been to mexican salons that look way better!!! Now I'm trying to cancel my membership with them but this phone number they provided me with doesn't seem to work, which makes me think they're stalling so I'll pay them another month...bunch of thieves they are!!!
