Asking for money because of a law sue against me and if I dont provided him with a payment he will file a criminal charge against me and I would be arrested for it.
same issue as the others posted. claims i will be getting some legal documents and wants my attorney's info to "fax" them the documents also. he called me at work, i ended up just hanging up on him.
Hi everyone - this just really freaked me out, I'm at work and get a call just like all of you have described, thick un-understandable accent, had my information all correct but couldn't tell me where this lawsuit was coming from, what it's in regards to, and he was an [***] when I asked questions.
Can you please help and let me know if/what came of this and what I should do? I'm freaking out man, freaking out haha
Please help!! I don't know anything about this call, should I report it to local authorities? I'm scared my identity may be compromised, he listed my address, work address, last four of my social, etc.
