This individual called Daniel from David Collins Firm left a message stating I have a lawsuit against me. After googling the Firm and comparing the numbers they do not match and the 845-704-5355, also shows up with a alert of scam.
Got two calls from Daniel Lewis from he said David Collins Law Firm said I owe money 436.00 to be exact from a loan that I know I did not do last year and said police would be called and I would be arrested unless I paid. I put him off saying I would pay next month so I did some digging and found out that this is the number of a telemarketer so when he call back I can tell him I am going to have him arrested.
have gotten several calls from this phone number speaking about a law suit...telling me to come to the courthouse, I ask what courthouse and they say "don't tell me you've never been to NY" ill hang up and they will call back.
