Caller ID says "Test". I did not answer the call, and they did not leave a message. They never do. I blocked the number but they are just going to call from another number in a day or so. Geez we will never get rid of these creeps.
The caller, CARD SERVICES ( displayed as ID on our phone. ) called us @ 12:49, noon. 08.21.2015. We opted not to answer unwanted call , suggested by FTC. According www.800notes.com , the caller started using 856-258-7450 around 07.30.2015 to call many people up.. One reported the number belong to Kennedy Blvd.in Tampa, Florida.

Suing someone in small claims court is a hassle and like one of the responders posted, you're never going to get one piece of accurate information in order to file a legitimate small claims suit so $500 per call? That ain't ever going to happen… If it did happen, the whole country would be doing it... It's a lovely idea but it's not realistic
