Call came in at 8:14 AM. Didn't answer. Seems like in MA, solicitors are allowed to call between 8 AM and 8 PM. They left no message. I'm on the MA DNC list.
Ok got through finally when I called it back. Supposedly from the Children's Cancer Recovery Center in Boston. Sounds bogus to me. Even the phone number is odd. I left a message on their answering machine to lose my number and never to call it again and told them their salesperson was rude and hung up after waking me up. Next step is Attorney General.
These people (or person) called my DNC listed phone at 0820 hrs on 5/29/13. I never heard it and don't have a recorder on my line so their call went unanswered. Now, after seeing what other people have written about this number, their call will continue to go unanswered because I blacklisted the number. If it's a scam artist, I'm sure they'll try with a different number at some point but, until then, their call will get disconnected when they try to call me. Seriously, who calls before 9 am?? That alone makes me think it's a scam artist.
