Been receiving a call from this number saying they were sending me to court and that I owe money on a payday loan. They won't give any information so I told them to go ahead and forward the paperwork that I didn't care. I blocked the number again but they seem to call from a different number.
Have called numerous times from different numbers which I block....how many times with the threats before filing the so called paperwork??? Oh yea just another scam
Man by the nickname of Nicholas threaten me with legal documents at day's end and if he did not hear from myself or my attorney he better stop or he will hear from my attorney.
Called this number for a client after multiple calls from them to client. Said they were Mediation Services. They said my client had taken out a loan about 6 years with "Alternative Financial Services" and they were going to take him to court. Alleged address for client when he took out loan does not exist in the the zip code given or even the metro. Employer listed alleged loan paperwork does not exist in this marked either. Refused to give me their address and then said file shipped out and refused to tell me where file sent. It is either a scam or identity theft problem.
