Caller ID says Portfolio Recovery. I block the number (859-635-4242) and in a day or two they are calling again. Now I understand why. I don't owe any bills as they are paid in full each month.

Another Portfolio Recovery call. Called at 9:42 am eastern time. Hung up when answering machine picked up. Left no message. They've been calling me a couple times a week lately. They call at odd times. I never answer when they call or calls from any other names and numbers I don't know.

Yet another call from these bottom feeders.  Fortunately, they can't get a dime from anyone unless that someone chooses to pay.

So, DON'T PAY THEM.
