Have had numerous calls from portfolio recovery... The last caller was rude and stated I could not be sued for the debt but inquired to my bank account husbands bank account and his employment. Inferred he was going to get the information to dock pay with intimidating behavior is illegal. I wasn't even married when I incurred the debt many years ago, and they refused to wait one month for last payment on a arrangement. Now they are demanding full payment and will not stop calling. I have received calls with no id coming up from local numbers where I live to out of state numbers...some have portfolio recovery on caller id, others don't. They keep saying they will call back. the weirdest thing is that my phone doesn't ring in a call from them until after I use my telephone.... I refuse to speak to them again. Tired of being HARRASSED!!
