Who called from 8598245367

I received a call from person who couldn't speak much English telling me I have a problem with Windows on my computer. The caller ID was from Williamston KY, but when I asked for his number he gave me a fake and said he was in Arizona. Said the company name was Expert 22. I was asking questions to get as much info as possible so he hung up on me. Scam for sure.

Answered call. No one responded.

This number called at 11 o'clock at night pacific time. Picked up the phone no one was answering on the othjer end.

Got this call and answered it and nobody there and then a click with goodbye!  Read other posts and believe it is a group of cow worshiper's from India which is a phone scammers haven!!!!!
