Called 12/30 at about 6 PM. Answered and remained silent for about 5 seconds which caused robocaller to hang up. Scam. Charity Navigator shows it is a ripoff. Also, I would NEVER give money to a cold caller. Are they nuts? Give a credit card number to anyone over the phone?
