Scammer looking for money, message left, never called him back

Called and complained that I was so hard to reach. I've never even heard of them before. Keep calling so I just don't answer.

I have blocked every number they call from and they still keep calling.

Old scam old scam.....

They call every day and many times a day. They hang up when answered. ID state United Breast Cancer. This is spam and very annoying. They keep calling despite being told not to call again.
