Call and no one on the other end. Checked caller ID and received startel 856-335-1769. Called and had a recorded message saying no one was available. This violates the robocall laws and I will contact the federales. I'm looking at a lawsuit vs. Verizon for being a harassment enabler.

I , unfortunately, fell for Starion's promise to save me 20% on my electric bill so I foolishly switched. When my bill started to increase instead of decreasing, I called them and they said I was on a flexible plan that was tied to the present generation rate. I told them I was never informed of this and would complain to everyone I could. All they would say is if you're not satisfied, you can switch. I called JCP&L and asked to be switched again to them. They told me I paid $170 above what they would have charged or $0.18/KWH compared to their $0.11 KWH. Does anyone know if I have any recourse? I am an older woman who pays the bills instead of my husband and am devasted by this scam.
It is bulls**t that you save 20%. my bill in connecticut went up 200% after false promise they made and I switch to them. Everyone be aware that this is the worst company to use. Never Never use this company.
