These phone calls are annoying.  Can they ever be stopped?  Seems that with all the modern technology something could be done.

if you have att, it is privacy manager it comes up privacy manager when someone calls you who has there caller id blocked.

calls early afternoon; leaves no message, id shows privacy manager, when I call back there is no answer but they continue to call.  I've probably had 30 calls from this number and want them to stop.

After continually receiving these calls, I have found something on the internet that says this number belongs to MonsterMarketPlace.com.  How do we get them to stop harrassing us?
