Who called from 8607240641

This number comes up on caller ID a lot.  Several times a day.  Comes up as privacy manager and no message left.  Royal pain in the butt!!!

Press 1 to hear the caller then the caller hangs up and a message states the caller is no longer on the line. When I call the number back it just rings.

Call was from NCC, a division of Commonwealth Financial Systems. This is a collection agency in Scranton, PA.  Their real telephone number is: 570 347-1115.

Can't wait till you run out of quarters.
