Received a message from a Mr. Davis from the Fraud Division did not say the name of the Company he ask me call him back immediately or talk to one of his representatives about the paperwork he send me because I or my attorney did not repsond not sure what they want -- but not returning any calls until I find more out about this. Received the same message last week from a number of 872-484-0004
Got a call from a girl at TND or T&D legal servic generaes claiming they clients check was refused at my bank on/in 11/2014. The client didn't want money but is taking me to court for fraud and one other thing both criminal charges. She would not tell me specifically who the client was. She said the attorney general and court system would be contacting me to let me know the date of court. Not that they are sending me a letter.
Got the same call from them they claim that I got a payday loan in 2013 that I didn't pay when they were able to tell me my banking info including account number i got nervous then they told me my social security number and date of birth it was incorrect not sure if it is a scam but I am a victim of identity theft
