Received a message from a Mr. Davis from the Fraud Division did not say the name of the Company he ask me call him back immediately or talk to one of his representatives about the paperwork he send me because I or my attorney did not repsond not sure what they want -- but not returning any calls until I find more out about this. Received the same message last week from a number of 872-484-0004

T&D legal services is located in china. And these people do not sound very Asian to me, they sound very much like white people. It is very ridiculous that nothing can really be done to stop them. The dead giveaway that something is wrong when they call and start talking is a faulty address. I have fun talking to these people, if they are going to be stupid, and try, i figure, why not have fun with it. They really don't like being put on hold :-)
Exactly the same situation called around 7:30am talking about the papers they've mailed and will received an affidavit if I don't pay $761.88 to them. I called back the number no one answer. Really a scam .
Mr Davis Called today and demanded I call them back to talk to an associate about an upaid debt...blah blah blah....I was a little nervous at first, even after endless scam attempts, this one for some reason sounded serious, and I have had some financial issues in the past...But once I asked them to submit the affidavit in writing he said "We just don't have the time to do that now...charges are going to be filed this afternoon" I knew then it was another [***] working hard to try to scam a dollar out of me.....If they just worked this hard legitimately, they may actually be a productive member of society.
