Contact Microsoft directly and tell them. That's what I did. They sent me a form to fill out that is given directly to the authorities.

I'm not giving specific details of the conversation, seeing as it bothers me with the threats he made. He knew my name. I have a no contract cell phone. I don't even have a computer that uses Microsoft Windows as he stated.

It's just talke.  They are located in India.  There's no way they could bother you.  I get those calls every couple of weeks or so.  They get really mad when you call them out on their scam.

got a call  from 866'. 878, & 543 area codes and all sound like from India telling  me they are from Microsoft and my computer has been hacked.

I just got this call. I could hear kids in the back round. When I mentioned the fact that Microsoft might have a day care center but, I didn't think it would be in his office, he hung up.
