I have eliminated the annoyance by doing this. I get calls from various numbers all connected to the same health insurance solicitation company. They come into my cell phone, so I add them to my contact list as "DO NOT ANSWER" and assign a ring volume of "SILENT." That way the only aggravation caused is to themselves. :-) I have noticed that after a while they stop using the old numbers and use new ones, but the calls are growing less frequent after about 6 weeks of this. :-)
Keep receiving calls for someone by the name of Emma. Emma has never had this number. Have requested they stop calling but they just call back again. Hang up when I tell them this is not Emma's number.
DON'T CALL MY PHONE ANY MORE. IF I HAVE TO I WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION. If you cannot leave a message, or speak when I answer; you probably shouldn't be using a phone!
