This number has called many times. They do not leave a message. From the comments I've read below they are possibly some sort of fraudulent insurance company.
I did that, and went a step further - I put the number on my youmail.com contact list and placed them in the ditched calls group. Now when they call, they hear the tri-tone message "The number you have called has been disconnected..." Youmail then disconnects the call without letting it go to voicemail. I recommend that you try youmail.

Returning call gives 'number you have dialed is not in service.' Whocallsme.com indicates number belongs to Tenno.Enterprises.
