Called numerous times on previous days. Called this a.m. @ 8 a.m. & tried to reject number only to find out its a landline and for an extra charge my cell phone carrover would block the call for me. He called back a little later and I got the same spiel as everyone else. Finally got him to stop.talking long enough to tell him NOT to call me again. He said "Ok" and HE hung up on me!! Will 'watch' and see if he calls again..
I received a call from this number, last week. The man said he was from Windows and I had a problem with my windows program. He, the, asked me if I was running windows on my computer. I said to him, you call me, tell me I have a problem with my windows program and you don't even know if I am running windows? How does that work? He got all flustered and hung up. I see it isn't the last I have heard from them, as they called, again, yesterday. I wasn't home.
They called us 2 times today.
I asked him for his Microsoft cetifOvation number.
Which he gave.
Then I asked if this issue was going to be addressed by a Windows update.
He hung up.
