Have you ever tried calling back the number? It doesn't list a business whatsoever. The message says: You are leaving a message for Bruce. Are they kidding me? Definitely scary about them knowing are place of business.
"Bruce Wilkins" called me from 904-595-7491 saying that a legal document sent to a previous address was returned to them unsigned. He said it related to a loan I took out several years ago, which supposedly wasn't paid back. He also said that my income would be garnished if I didn't pay the amount owed, or a portion thereof over the phone.
I happen to know that I have paid all of my debts in full, so everything he said was a lie. I told him I wouldn't pay anything until I saw real documentation from my "lenders". Now that I have read about this phony company, I will just ignore further calls from 904 numbers.
The scary thing is that he had information about a previous address where I lived and place of employment. Where are they getting their information????
I received one recorded message but the other two were live callers. First a Ken Wilson and then a Bruce Wilson and Wilkens. Said he had unsigned documents that I needed to sign. Next message was the threat to contact my place of business, which they knew, and have my wages garnished. I finally blocked the number on my phone. Ridiculous!

>> They might not actually take you to court but they absolutly have the right to garnish 30 percent of your wages untill its paid back. <<
Incorrect. Garnishment for ordinary debt cannot occur unless ordered by a court.
Also, that sentence reveals you are a shill.
If you wish to defend your statement, FIRST give us the legal name, address (no box number), and website of the supposed "Debt mediation services" you mentioned.
Lurkers,
If you KNOW you owe no money, or believe the call was from a fake debt collector, please take the time to read this:
