Have you ever tried calling back the number? It doesn't list a business whatsoever. The message says: You are leaving a message for Bruce. Are they kidding me? Definitely scary about them knowing are place of business.
=== " ... I have a different opinion than everyone else ..."
You say that several times.
=== "I know for a fact it's not a scam"
And how do you "know" this ?
Every state in the USA has laws that regulate debt collectors, and those businesses have to register with each state that they do collections in. That registration is public information.
My opinion is that you are evading giving that public information.
My opinion is that you are a shill who works at this business, or is somehow involved with someone at the businesss
OR
You are a very gullible person, and are trying to maintain face while the realization that you have been suckered sinks in.
This nitwit can afford an attorney at $500 an hour but can't afford to pay its bills? Not to mention it has a pretty lousy attorney if it told this idiot to pay without a debt validation. Maybe that is how it can afford an attorney. This one works for peanuts because it graduated at the bottom of the class in Mumbai.
OPINION: Felons and high school dropouts working in a call center have a "right" to bully and lie to people to collect money for debts which will never be proven valid if they ever existed.
FACT: Extortionists in the guise of debt collectors beg to be spanked by regulators and sued by their victims. Fake collectors knowingly break laws to make a fast dollar from the misery of people who can't absorb the loss.
OPINION: Whiny misinformed shills for said extortionists who portray compliant victims of fraudulent collection are unfairly persecuted by respondents bearing verified facts.
FACT: Every American has a right to question strangers on the phone who demand money and not to rely on anything which friends of the same strangers say. Refusing to pay liars who deny your rights is smart money management, not a moral failure.
OPINION: Thumbing out stream-of-consciousness claptrap is acceptable due to the physical limitations of mobile internet devices.
FACT: Back in school when I made compositional errors on my reports, I was not given any breaks because rewriting or retyping a page would be too hard.
My attorney checked them out they are fake frauds trees but was unable to find them to sue the address someone put down is not the company calling they are using a fake name
