Have you ever tried calling back the number? It doesn't list a business whatsoever. The message says: You are leaving a message for Bruce. Are they kidding me? Definitely scary about them knowing are place of business.
If, as you say, your attorney "checked it out," then you should have no problem letting us know the name of the company, and their legally verifiable address. You have all of the that information, right? It is on the correspondence they sent you via US Mail, right? You will not be divulging your personal information by providing that information.
>> I was stating as my opinion just like everyone else's <<
Nope.
My post was not only my opinion, but it was a confirmed fact, based on the citations within my post.
Your unsubstantiated opinion, however, tends to make your posts appear to be made by a shill for the subject phone number. If you want to argue that statement, post full info regarding the caller, the supposed company AND your supposed attorney.
I predict you have absolutely NO legal citations that state something other than mine. Also, any "attorney" that states a mere phone call is proof of debt really needs to watch better TV "attorney" shows.
Uh-huh... Your attorney "checked it out". But you won't be able to give us any verifiable information about this outfit will you? Just a name like "Mediation Services". You're sitting there hoping we're as stupid as you are aren't you?
You say you've paid these dirt-bags. But you'll come back & give us an address to a UPS store or a P.O. box number. Or you'll tell us that they can only be paid by Credit or Debit card. Or, better yet, by pre-paid card only. We've heard it all from your type. Full of BS & knee deep in stories that we've heard a thousand times before. You're fooling no one. You're just another two-bit bogus debt collector who can't get, or keep, a real job.
Skeff Ett Liv!
