This is easy folks. I worked for this company for years, it was LMP for years and they recently sold it to H&P. They were sued over 120 times in the 4 years I was there (seriously) and they never won a single suit. They will settle out of court because it's too expensive to fight them all!!!Just keep accurate records of times and their statements and FILE THE LAWSUIT! Just google FDCPA lawyer and (your state)...there are tons of hungry lawyers waiting to get you paid. They will drop the debt and pay you 3k - 10k depending on how bad it was. WHY DO YOU THINK LMP SOLD IT???? THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN 8 MONTHS.

I just filed a complaint with the FTC against them. They have called me at least 3 times a day at all hours, sometimes a minute after each other. Also contacted my sister at her home several times. Finally stopped calling her after she said she had a lawyer who would contact them.
