The caller called me and said I needed to call them and give a statement before the file a claim against me in the county where I live. They said they were HPC, but on my caller ID it said H&P Capital Inc. I don't know who these people are but I'm not giving them my information.

ARE BEING WROTE BY THE BILL COLLECTORS THEMSELVES, THEY ARE DESPERATE TO COLLECT AND WILL TRY ALL ILLEGAL TACTICS POSSIBLE.DON'T BE BELITTLED INTO BELIEVING YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL. BEWARE OF THE STUPID BILL COLLECTOR.
