We have been getting these stupid calls for some time now. Last year they were calling for my brother in law who lives in another state!! Claiming they had a warrant. Then from another number, tried claiming I needed to contact them for a "serious matter". never called. A friend in the PD told us to not even speak to these scum as they are trying to get our info for identity theft! And now today, I get a third call for my husband with an identical claim that he needs to have his legal representative or himself call this Sarasota Fl number!! 941-251-8163

Why do these people get to do this ? It makes me so nervous- Even call family members! Number comes up Unknown so you can't even block it- Numbers left to call back have been 941-251-8163, 407-228-2867 and 844-247-9468 ! If anyone knows how to stop it I would appreciate it. When they called my son they claim it was a payday loan from 2011
I received a call from 216-359-7457 for file #15531. The call back number is 941-251-8163. These calls have been going on for a while. If it wasn't so annoying I would be amused. I also got a call from 614-340-5470 using the same file number saying they were going to file papers in my county. The second call was at least from someone I could understand and who spoke English. Her name was Mrs. Sullivan. They know so much about me that they do not even know my name was changed 5 years ago so when they call asking for me by my maiden name I know it is a scam. I do not owe any money to anyone. Now with modern technology it is almost impossible to stop them. I sometimes answer the phone Attorney General's office and they hang up immediately. I never call back and rarely ever answer.
Been getting these calls for a while, they should up from different city in Georgia that is near Atlanta, GA. They have a recording about a case file and called this number back and they will be filing and taking me to court. Each number is like a locate number but they want you to call 941-251-8163 or other numbers. I have block each number they call me from on my cell phone. When is they going to learn that they can't fool everyone. One time some was calling my job and I stated that I will be reporting them to the Police and Homeland Security and they stop calling. When you get some with an accent and their name Joe Black this is a scam.
This is not legit, it's a bunch of ghetto people trying to scare you into paying them. They call me every single day at work, cell, my family, etc claiming that i didn't pay off a loan. It's been months now and they just won't stop. I've talked to them several times and they won't take my lawyer info. They just hang up when I say call my lawyer. Today a girl told me I'm listed as refusal to pay and they will see me in court. They are usually very rude but she sounded "nice" and I was able to give her my lawyer info and I told her I'm aware they are not legit. I can't be fooled and neither can my family members so please stop wasting time and just delete my info.
