We have been getting these stupid calls for some time now. Last year they were calling for my brother in law who lives in another state!! Claiming they had a warrant. Then from another number, tried claiming I needed to contact them for a "serious matter". never called. A friend in the PD told us to not even speak to these scum as they are trying to get our info for identity theft! And now today, I get a third call for my husband with an identical claim that he needs to have his legal representative or himself call this Sarasota Fl number!! 941-251-8163

Said I had a payday loan from a company that I never have had a loan through. I worked at that company years ago. They said I was receiving information in the mail and I had an attitude and they will see me in court. How they have my social I have no idea.
You may be a victim of identity theft. Have fraud alerts placed with all three credit bureaus (they will do it for free for 90 days) and notify your bank that you are being targeted by criminal debt collection scammers.
