Andy- It's a scam! Surveys are exempt from the Do-not-call. But this sham is nothing but a scam to get your credit card number. Do they not have enough prisons in India?
Got a call from this number today. Did not pick up esp since I do not recognize the area code. I just happened to be at the computer and checked the phene number which confirmed my suspicions.
