The number called last night and I put the phone down and went back to watching tv. Whomever could hear the tv. They called 911 and told them that someone had died of a heart attack, courtesy of the tv. An ambulance showed up a few minutes later, by this time I was outside watering. A few minutes after that a firetruck arrived, again someone had called to say that someone had died, again courtesy of the tv. 911 in my city was super pissed and traced the call back.
