Used my OOMA call blocking feature to block this number after reading the posts. Everyone is correct, DNC list is useless & the AG's., do not do anything. Cell phone also now has the 'reject' option. to delete these guys. Just a couple of suggestions to delete these guys.
That is not true. There are some 9XX numbers that are real numbers. Like in some Dallas Suburbs the area code is 972 and 903. So just cutting out all 9XX numbers isn't right.
I GET ONE OF THESE CRAZY NUMBERS CALLING ME LIKE ALMOST EVERY DAY. EVERY TIME I SEE ITS NOT THE SAME NUMBER ITS DIFFERENT ONES, AND THIS ONE CALLED ME TODAY AND THEY SAY IM SORRY THIS NUMBER IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. YOU JUST CALLED ME? SO HOW ARE YOU NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE? ITS VERY ANNOYING I AM REGISTERED IN THE DO NOT CALL LIST AND I GET THIS DUMB CALLS I DONT ANSWER THEM AT ALL BECAUSE I KNOW IM NOT GUNNA GET ANYONE ON THE OTHER LINE.
Recevied call from this number...did not answer. As far as the DNC (Do Not Call) list is concerned, seems as though if you supply them with your phone number(s), it's like giving idiots like this "open season" to call you, instead of what the "service" is/was intended to be doing in the fisrt place... DO NOT CALL.
