Got a call from 972-000-0000 today. I let it go to my vmail for fear it was a telemarketer. They left a message - it was from my Homeowners Insurance Company, Balboa, calling about my recent claim. The kind insurance adjuster left his direct line for me to contact.
Got a call from this # on my cell, didn't answer. When I checked the voice mail they left it was silent. Called it back and it said # not in service. I am a B of A customer, but I don't think it was them - wouldn't they leave a message?
Just got a call too. The person on the other end was from Bank of America and was verifying employment of a current employee. (I was able to verify that it was a legitimate call, since the caller knew our employee's Social Security number.) When asked, she politely explained that the phone number blocks her actual phone number, since they have so many people in her position (and some work from home).
