This company won't quit harrassing me over an alleged debt. Mr Monahan and dave spencer should get a life. The calls are non stop. I thought this was bad enough, then they sent some detective out to my office taking pictures of employees and even our equipment, demanding to speak with me, and waving a badge around. This has to be illegal, I am going to get to the bottom of this and sue these bottom feeders.
This guy is so rude to the point of being irrespectful..Maybe we should joint for an collective action againt them. What they are doing is wrong. They cannot try to collect a debt from someone that just filed for bankruptcy. What kind of collection attorney are they? Who is in?

Got phone call asking for information about my "friend", giving the name of the person who lives in my old house, and citing a case number, refused to tell me what Alvin Tucker Company did, just said are you going to answer my question or not, did you live on such and such road or do you now? Very threatening and then said if you are not g oing to answer my quesion, just hang up. So I did.
