Tucker Alvin & Associates called me saying that I owed money and I did'nt ....told me to eat [***] cause I did owe money. I said your sadlymistaken ...they argued with me for 10mins and after explaining they had wrong person..they said FU@# YOU anyways... wow !! really ?? Try looking up your info before you call people.
They called me to offer me a collection service. I later changed my mind. Then a Teresa called back, She told me to "[***] Off and Eat her [***] and Suck her tit!".... I was like Wow!! Really??.. No way I would give them any business,I am glad I did not! Beware of these guys!!!
This Collection Company called me and a Mr. John Monohan said I owed $10,251.00. I told I couldn't pay but needed some time due to my finances and need a payment plan. He yelled I better get the full balance and his money or else he was going to come to my business, tear my OFF My head, then [***] down my neck!!! I can not believe this guy just told me this!! I filed a complaint with the police department!
Tucker Alvin & Associates called me asking me if they could collect for me on past due accounts. At first I was going to until I found several bad reviews on their collection efforts. After asking several questons about RIP OFF REPORTS reviews. I was told by Robert Day, If I don't like what I see on their reviews then maybe I shouldn't be looking at the reviews! I was thinking to myself, I didn't say anything to get treated like this. He then followed up with, you know what forget about it! I said does your company know you handle yourself in this manner as an employee? Robert sounded very upset that I would not allow them to collect for me. I said would you me to collect for you if you knew I had such horrible reviews. Robert then said " does you dad know if your mom would have swallowed he would have one less problem on his hand"?. I got pissed and hung up. I tried to call the owner and got no where. They say that person don't work here. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!! DON'T ALLOW THEM TO COLLECT FOR YOU EITHER OR YOU WILL BE SUED BECAUSE HOW THEY CARRY THEMSELVES.
Called to offer his "service" to our company. Talked to the boss first and was given to me to give him more info, and upon questioning him on how he received info on our company, he lied. Then he got extremely loud and defensive. Once he started yelling and cussing me, I hung up. He called back, I hung up. Then next call, I demanded to speak with the owner. I warned him not to call back or I would report him for harassment. I have reported him for harassment. Not even waiting for him to call back. Helps to have very good relationship with the local police.
