Interesting...this link goes to the website of the attorney who was deeply involved on a daily basis with the operations of the now-defunct Haller, Harlan & Taylor, a collection agency that closed it's doors after numerous tax liens as well as suits by clients who were never paid the money that was collected on their behalf. His law firm is also listed on the website of another collection agency, CMB & Associates, which has a rising number of complaints from clients who also haven't been paid. In fact, his office is right down the hall from CMB & Associates, and he is or was the registered agent for their LLC.
Not everyone that works there is a lawyer. They try and threaten you to try and speak with someone in charge. My company has no owings to them and they continue to harass us. I recently received an email from their "legal department" threatening to go to the IRS.
It's all a lie. They are on commission and do not get paid unless they collect the so called debt. They started harrassing me before 30days from receipt of invoice! I am going to a lawyer and considering harassment charges.
My company settled with the other company in question and somehow these fake lawyers are still threatening us.
Fake people from Texas pretending to be lawyers. They threatened to sue my company. I said I would countersue and to go ahead because I know that I do not owe any money to anyone (The other party was lying and was trying to get money out of us).
That was May. Still receiving threats from this company and their "legal department"
IGNORE THEM!! They also send an absurd amount of faxes trying to threaten you. IGNORE IGNORE they won't do anything.
These People called me 13 times in a row when I did not pick up. Literally 13 times!!! They called my fax number thinking it's my main number. Then they called my first line at the same time. Then they changed their number to Unknown, then "coach."
