they called here so many times. they called about 20 times in five minutes. i told them, they got the wrong person, they started calling me names like f;;;k and b''tch. he told me he was going to come over my job, and take care of me. then he called back saying he knew where i live and he was going to hurt my family. ii'm going to filled a police report, cause i'm scared for my life. so if anything happens to me everyone knows who did it. i;m surprise the police have not done anything about these people.
Just got a very rude n threatening phone call from Tucker & Assoc. guy claimed he was Scott King, and told me he is proceeding with a lawsuit. Funny thing is he wouldn't tell me anything about it.. Just that U owed a debt and If it wasn't taken care if today by 5:00 he was filing the lawsuit.. Then, he texted me, called my place of employment 3 times, was extremely rude and called 3 times back to back on my cell..
TOTAL HARASSMENT !! Don't know what it's for??
Received a very rude phone call from a man, stating that he was an attorney representing a vendor unknown to us threatening that unless we settled an amount of approx $8000 within the next 2 hours he was going to the court to process a law suit against us. He was very nasty when l asked him to repeat himself because i was trying to write down as much information as possible. We don't owe anything we are a new company and it actually crossed my mind to tell him to go ahead and sue, I look forward to it. I just hung up on him, l will keep a record if he persists and register the necessary complaints as well as contacting the company's local police station. I believe it is a criminal offense to make threatening phone calls.
This guy is a DOUCHE. I'm unsure of the actual legal scope of his abilities, but he's calling stating there is a debt owed. VERY RUDE. I hate this guy.
