A Mr. Jim Wilson from Tucker Alvin & Associates continues to call demanding payment on a non-legitimate debt that his company purchased from another company that is filing for bankruptcy. That's how Tucker, Alvin & Associates makes their money, buying up receivables from failing companies on the brink of bankruptcy. Then they continue to harrass people until they get something out of it, legitiamate or not. This guy has made very threatening calls to our office, has called and faxed our clients and been a general nuisance. I can not understand how what he is doing is legal. Assassinating the character of another business when he has incorrect information should be illegal.
Called our office many times and is now getting threatening. Threatened to come over and "bitchslap" us. What terrible human beings these scam artists are. It makes us feel better knowing what is going on, thanks for the postings.
theresa is calling harrasing me about a pending lawsuit for a a nominal amout. the debt is owed to a million dollar company and what i owe them is not worth their time. it was cost them thousands to get back a few hundred bucks. but theresa has threatened a law suit investigators at my door and hung up on me. This i harrasment and against the law. Just because we in this economy fall behind and pay this debt we shouldnt have our name and information sold to companies to degrade us and violate our privacy and threaten us. THEY ARE JUST A COLLECTION AGENCY BUT HAVE THERE COMPANY NAME END WITH ASSOCIATES WHICH HAS US TO BELIEVE THEY ARE FROM A LAW FIRM. THEY ARE TELEMARKETERS. BEWARE THEY GET FROM 10% UP TO 50% FROM ANY MONIES COLLECTED FROM US. THATS WHY THEY THREATEN US!!!!!!!

John Monohan called saying he was calling from a law firm, they were going to file suit against me and my husband for a debt. He named the county in our state that he was filing in, even though he said he was from Texas and we live on the east coast. He then proceeded to tell me that we must pay this because we've been called repeatedly by his clients. He also said that on Fridays he goes to the Dallas court house to sit as an arbitrator to hear cases like ours! What a bunch of baloney!!!! Collection agency pretending that they are lawyers and threatening a lawsuit. I thought there were laws against this sort of behavior. This outfit is ripe for a lawsuit.
