This number 9729614040, called my number to tell me there is a lawsuit against my mother Heidi Davidson with a claim number pending, 201634595 with a final notice... thank you, please have them not call me!
They have been calling me for months same bogus BS, but they call from a phone number in Cleveland Ohio 440-306-5786 and direct you to call the 872-961-4040 number for details, I called them and got a person who spoke hardly any English and once I told them I would see them in court he hung up on me. Big Scam. I have kept a list everytime they have called me and I think I am up to 8 calls. So anyone have any ideas how to get rid of them, let me know.
They called from 646-417-9919 saying a legal matter against me 24 hours and leaving a message with 972-961-4040 to called. This is a scam. A true legal matter will be done by mail.
I've been getting calls from these folks for about a year now(if not longer). Call from my local zip 386, say the message is for Anita Brown, threatening a lawsuit or something along those lines. They give this infamous call back number 972-961-4040. Call back and tell them to remove my number. The never have.
They keep calling me from another number and using an automated system they tell me to call this number- the recording doesn't even ask for me or anyone directly. It just states this is a confidential matter that must be discussed today to avoid legal matters. I just ignore it. I just ran my credit report and have nothing in collections. I thought it was illegal to call someone about a debt using an automated system.
