Caller ID comes up TEST, and it is a new CC SCAM to lower interest Rate.
Press 1 - Some guy that starts talking in Indian/Pakistan along with some English. I said we speak English in the US.
He gets pissed and starts spouting some crap. Which tells me he is more Pakistan.

My phone number is listed on national no call list. This number showed up on my caller id on 8/22/2014. I would like this company get punished for soliciting and disturbing my peace.
