Who called from 2012213300

I did not actually took the call from this number, as the area code is extremely unfamiliar. It only lasted for 10 secs so assuming same scam as reported above.

Called, no vmail.

Called my cell phone, left no message

Now these criminals are calling to reduce my student loan interest rates.  We're both over sixty.  Our children are in their thirties and have no student loan debt.  When is the government going to step in and stop this daily harassment?

I never answer calls from unknown numbers. Always check her for info. Thanks for your help. Another loser now blocked.
