I got a call from a guy calling himself Officer Steven Smith, he told me I needed to call him back or have my attorney call him back. I thought it was just a prank and ignored the calls. I got about 7 in a row. I called him and he went on with some bullcrap about I owed US National Bank 500.00. I knew I did not so I told him he was a lier and hung up. Then he calls again and my daughter answers the phone and he tells her that I'm going to be arrested and we are in danger. It took a lot of convincing for me to get my child to believe this was a scam. The law was suppose to come pick me up he said in two days, Its been 60 and I'm still waiting for the law. I dare he scare my child like this, he can kiss my double cheeks but when you mess with my child you have to pay. He will pay, sooner or later, he will get whats due him.
EVERYONE BEWARE, DON'T SEND THIS DEVILS ANY MONEY. TELL THEM TO SHOVE IT!. Report them to the Police, FTC, BBB, Secret Service and your state's attorney general
guy with heavey accent said i owed them money of a pay day loan, they downloaded my case, and to have me or my attorney call him immiediatly befor i go to jail very rude alot of noise in back round said call him back at 201-234-4071 said his name was something mack hard to understand him
They called my work again and threatened harm to my children - the number shows up as unavailable and I let it go to my voicemail. My protection department at work are actually policeman and we are working to trace the number to get the actual number they are calling from and not the number they want us to call back. My lawyer would like this information and we will press charges. They told me this is my last warning and I would look out for my kids. I have notified the FBI and the ftc - if anyone does have the originating number, please let me know. Thank you.
Called me twice now.. once yesterday, once today. Same message.. saying I need to call back or good luck to me as the situation unfolds.. called back told me payday loan for an account that I didnt even have when they are saying I took it.. told me someone will come and get me and its my fault for not believing them.. I said I needed something in writing and they said its to late.. called the FTC and reported everything.. Even if I did owe someone money it is illegal to threaten people.
So I recieved a voice mail @ work from this number .....threatning me....when I try to call back it is busy busy....I just seen a story about this awhile back...I plan on notifying the FTC here in Florida this is CRAZY!!!!
They called me and told me they would "drag" me into court tomorrow. I told them (trying to see where they were coming from) that I would pay the bill right now. They said, "Just have your lawer call us" I reported them to the FTC and am on my way to the Police station. They have called twice ...the first time they were not that smart...they left a message threating to drag me out of my house. Someone needs to find these guys!
