I got a call from a guy calling himself Officer Steven Smith, he told me I needed to call him back or have my attorney call him back. I thought it was just a prank and ignored the calls. I got about 7 in a row. I called him and he went on with some bullcrap about I owed US National Bank 500.00. I knew I did not so I told him he was a lier and hung up. Then he calls again and my daughter answers the phone and he tells her that I'm going to be arrested and we are in danger. It took a lot of convincing for me to get my child to believe this was a scam. The law was suppose to come pick me up he said in two days, Its been 60 and I'm still waiting for the law. I dare he scare my child like this, he can kiss my double cheeks but when you mess with my child you have to pay. He will pay, sooner or later, he will get whats due him.

In Virginia, there was a problem with medical records being hacked in April of this year. Thousands of people had their ssn'# in these files. I think the timing is very precipitous with this scam. Please, anyone who gets called, report it to your State Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, etc. And last but certainly not least, continue to report on online sources such as this and the rip off report. They more the word gets out, the fewer victims these SCUM have to choose from. Also, I would notify immigration, I'll bet very few of them have a green card. The last physical listing for this phone number is in Jersey City NJ. It is probably routed some sort of way that I can't understand. Bottm line, they can do NOTHING but worry you.
I received two calls yesterday from two different numbers at work.The first said his name was Win Connors, and his # was 818-338-5053. The others name was Bob McClean, and his # was 415-200-0250. They threatened to involve my employer in this false matter. I don't want to loose my job over these accusations.Can they really go that far with all this?

THEN THEY CALLED FROM 941-961-8518 WHICH SAID VERIZON IS DISCONNECTED-THINK KEEP CHANGING #'S. THEN GAVE ME A 415-200-0263 # & SOUNDED LIKE CALL CENTER. DID MARKET RESEARCH BEFORE SO SOUNDED LIKE THAT-COULD HEAR PEOPLE IN BACKGROUND. THEY ALL HAVE AN INDIAN ACCT. MY AIRLINE CONTRACTED OUT SO GET THEM WHEN MAKE RES.-UNITED DOES AS WELL ALONG W/OTHERS. I SAID I WANTED AN ADD. & WANTED TO GO THERE WHEN I'M BACK IN TOWN FOR OUT OF TOWN FOR 2 WKS. I SAID CAN I MEET YOU FACE-TO-FACE-KATHY MARTIN BUT INDIAN ACCENT AS WELL-SHE SAID YES TODAY. I SAID I CAN MEET YOU JULY 13 WHEN I'M BACK. THEY ALL MAKE THESE FRUSTRATED NOISES & INTIMIDATE BY DO YOU KNOW WHAT WE ARE SAYING? THEY SAID THIS IS A PAPERLESS LOAN SO THAT'S WHY I DIDN'T GET ANYTHING IN THE MAIL. WHAT LAW FIRM WOULD NOT MAIL ANYTHING? THEY SAID I GOT THIS LOAN AT NATIONAL ADVANCE PAYDAY BACK IN SEPT. 2008 & I SAID HOW COME THIS IS THE FIRST I'VE HEARD ABOUT IT? KEPT SAYING YOU & CREDITOR NEED TO DEAL W/THIS. THEN 1 MESSAGE WAS WHY AREN'T YOU ANSWERING YOUR PHONE-GUESS NEXT TIME THE POLICE WILL GET YOU AT WORK? THEN THIS OTHER MESSAGE IS GUESS YOU'LL BE IN THE KLINKER? (sp?) WHAT THE HELL-WHY DO WE HAVE TO BE SUBJECTED TO SUCH BULL!? SO MANY SCAMS LIKE THOSE DUMB E-MAILS ABOUT MONEY IN ANOTHER COUNTRY FROM LONG LOST RELATIVES! STOP ALREADY! Some idiot calling himself Peter Clark has called my place of work 10 times today asking for me. They think he is a friend of mine and have warned me about personal calls. I am absolutely furious and when I call this number back, a woman says she will not put me through and hangs up on me.
I am so sick of this now. What right do they have to disrupt my work like this?
