So I have an account on care.com for dog walking service and got a text message from this number asking met to email her sister who is looking for a dog walker. I emailed and got a response that was very detailed and basically saying they wanted to hire me to walk there two dogs when they moved to this area. They would send a cashier check ahead of time as the dogs might get there before they do and so on.... Well I'm thankfully aware of scams like this and hope this helps someone make the decision that it's to good to be true and they are scamming you for money. Even if your bank accepts the check about 7 days later it will deny it and your bank account can be negative by thousands of dollars. They will try everything to get you to send them money as fast as possible because of this. Be aware! You work hard for your money, don't let people do this to you!!!
Have had two calls from this number. First one yesterday and caller ID came up withV01310251330044 first then if I scroll over it comes up with the 201-374-8004 number. Tonight's call came up with Dumont NJ with the 201 number. Wasn't home first time and no message left. Don't know anyone in NJ so didn't answer and again no message left.

Just got the call (201-374-8004)and could not understand the person on the other end.
Scam!!!!!! I am going out and buying a whistle, that sounds like the best recourse to use
for those that call.
Got the same call as most everyone here. Virus on computer, we want to help you we're from microsoft blahblah. Twice. Then today they called again, only this time I only got an annoying "HIIIIII" and they hung up. 0/10 for recommending picking up when this number calls.
Guy calling from a call room saying he was with Microsoft. Wanted remote access to my home computer to remove malware. Said if there was some missing software, there may be a charge. I hung up on him
