Lady called asking to speak to manager, said her name is Rachel. Lots of background noise and bad echo on phone. Everything I said would echo back. She wanted to know who orders parts, manager put her through to directors voicemail. She hung up and tried calling back 2 minutes later. Not sure if scam or not, but if it looks like a duck.....beware!!!!
Caller said he was from Grainger supply but caller id said Need a Tech Guy. He asked "Who is that service manager you have there, again?". I put him on hold, he hung up.
Called and asked about ordering togo and questions about who owners were and the staff seemed like a scaThe name on the caller id said horizon products and need a tech guy
Clams they are from Grainger Supply and wants to sent catalogs and wants whse mgr name. Told her we have many and that they have all the names already and that we receive catalogs. Hung up on me. Knew it was telemarketer from
all the noise in background.( Don't give names because they send material and claims that the person ordered it).
