I have heard from these jokers too. They threaten me with serving me a summons if I don't call back in so many hours. They can kiss my vertical smile! ( I ). I had a good working relationship with the original lender and was upgraded to preferred customer. I will deal with them again when I finally get back to work.
I received a call from Mr.Grossman with Kramer & Associates stating he is representing a company and there is going to be a warrant out for my arrest for a debt of 350.00 back in 2008 and they want me to repay 850.00+, I told him I will have to do my research and call back...hell with that they are scammers from what I can see I will not give them my information.
I have been receiving calls intended for my fiancee from an Elizabeth Cabella from Kramer and Associates stating a claim against him from the state of NY. On a couple of instances she has left me voicemails leaving all of this information on there despite my message stating my name, not my fiancees. Not once does she make mention of what she truly is, and threatens with legal action. Just adding my story to the others. Now I'm going to read up on the federal laws and have fun with her the next time she dares to call. >:-D
i have recieved the same call for me for my husband and not at my house but at my father and laws house and the guy says his name is steven martin and to call him back or my husband will be served with a summons, ya i got there summons my mom works for a law office i dare them to call me back they can bite me
