i was contacted by this number and i was told that i was chosen for a 10,000 dollar grant. she couldn't answer when i asked her my name, and hung up the phone.
So this number called me earlier today and i didnt answer cause i don't answer numbers i don't know. i then 2 hours ago i got a call from them again and my husband answered they asked for some girl that i don't even know. My husband asked how did they get this number they just hung up!
Same thing, telling me I was going to get money ($8,000) from the government. I do not know how they got my number or knew my name. It is pretty scary. It was from that 1-202-001-5000 number, with a foreign accent very hard to understand. It really sounded like a scam. Please do not provide your information to these people.
I recieved a call from 1-202-001-5000 from a women who could not speak good english. She informed me I was elegible for a free grant of $8,500.00. Then is when I hung up. How she got my number I don't know.
